These terms govern your use of services provided by Namo Padmavati Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. By engaging us for any work, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
We provide back office support and virtual assistant services including performance marketing, website development, SEO, social media management, email marketing, graphic design, cold calling, admin services, and AI automation.
The specific work, timelines, and pricing for your engagement will be confirmed over email or in a short proposal before we begin.
2. Free Trial
We offer a complimentary 5-hour trial with no commitment and no payment required. The trial is meant to help you evaluate our work before deciding to continue.
3. Payment
You only pay after the work is delivered. We don't charge any upfront fee or deposit.
- Invoices are sent after the agreed work or billing period is completed
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
- Third-party costs like ad spend, tools, or hosting are billed separately at actuals
4. What We Need From You
To deliver good work, we need timely access to the tools, accounts, brand assets, and feedback required for your project. Delays from your side may shift delivery timelines but won't be treated as a breach by us.
5. Confidentiality
Everything you share with us is treated as confidential. We sign an NDA as standard before starting work, and our team is bound by the same obligation.
6. Ownership of Work
Once you've paid for completed work, it's yours. We may showcase non-confidential samples in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be done at our standard hourly rate. Please raise concerns within 7 days of receiving the work.
8. Ending the Engagement
Either side can end the engagement with 15 days' written notice. You'll only be billed for work completed up to that date. We may end work immediately if invoices stay unpaid, or in case of abusive or unlawful requests.
9. Limits of Our Liability
We give every project our best effort but cannot guarantee specific outcomes like exact ROI, ranking positions, or lead numbers. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. We'll always try to resolve issues through direct conversation first.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Active clients will be notified by email at least 15 days before any material changes take effect.
